1. Information We Collect

  • Account & Contact: Email (OTP login, notifications).
  • Usage: Votes, submitted topics/products/dimensions, review status.
  • Device & Logs: IP, browser/device info, timestamps (security/anti-abuse/audit).
  • Cookies/Local Storage: Session, language, anti-duplicate voting prompts.

2. How We Use It

  • Authentication, session, security.
  • Operating core features (voting, leaderboard, PK, review flows).
  • Anti-abuse, performance monitoring, product improvement.
  • Service notifications (e.g., review results); no unsolicited marketing without consent.

3. Sharing & Processors

  • Infrastructure: Supabase (auth/DB/storage) and similar providers, subject to their terms.
  • Compliance: Disclose only as required by law/regulators.
  • No selling or renting of personal data to unrelated third parties.

4. Storage & Retention

  • Stored on protected cloud with restricted access.
  • Session cookies expire per lifecycle; business data retained as needed, then deleted or anonymized.

5. Your Rights

  • Access/Correct/Delete your account and submissions (unless retention required by law).
  • Withdraw consent or delete account; some features may not work afterward; we handle data per legal requirements.
  • Complaints: contact support; we will respond promptly.
  • EU/UK (GDPR): rights include access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection; you may lodge a complaint with your data protection authority.
  • CN (PIPL): rights include access/copy, correct/supplement, delete, withdraw consent, account cancellation; for minors under 14, guardian consent is required.

6. Minors

Service is for adults. If you are a minor, use under guardian consent/supervision and avoid sensitive info.

7. Security

  • Authentication, access control, and encryption are applied.
  • If a security incident occurs, we will notify and mitigate as required by law.

8. Updates

We may update this policy; significant changes will be shown in-product. Continued use means acceptance.
